What a busy and exciting week we’ve had in Grade 2! Can you believe the leprechauns remembered they were almost trapped last year? Those mischievous little sprites certainly made quite the mess of our classroom! Along with our St. Patrick’s Day shenanigans, we were honoured to welcome Indigenous Elder Mr. Hal Eagle Tail , who shared stories about the spring equinox and sang traditional songs with us. We also learned about the prairie crocus as one of the first signs of spring. Please take a moment to have your child tell you more about their week.
